This module aims to provide you with a stylistic and strategic approach to dressing your unique body type more flattering. It emphasizes the importance of incorporating professional styling techniques, understanding your colors and selecting the most flattering cuts and shades.
A different approach to dressing professionally involves focusing on essential when curating your professional wardrobe. Emphasizing specific dressing attributes like texture, cuts and colors can enhance your approachability and overall professional image.
We will delve into specifics of professional accessories and highlight common faux pas to avoid, enhancing your professional demeanor.
Lesson 2
EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
Objective 1
Assist students in enhancing their posture demeanor and enchanting presence
This lesson aims to equip traines with skills that faster approachability, enhance non-verbal communication and cultivate an enchanting presence
Objective 2
The utilization of space, walking demeanor, executive poster & gait
Objective 3
Seating postures, boardroom seating styles, public speaking body language & protocols to be observed.

ART OF CONVERSATIONS
Objective 1
Developing confidence in engaging with unfamiliar individuals is a valuable skill. Proficiency in articulating thoughts and establishing connections with others enhances the ability to relate and identify strengths.
In this lesson, we explore various strategies for establishing rapport with students, focusing on both business and social small talk. The lesson covers different techniques for initiating and concluding conversations effectively.
Objective 2
Ways to enhance relatability during conversations and active listening, strategies to gracefully redirect unwanted topics and courteous approaches to inquire and understand and individual better.
Lesson 4
EXECUTIVE BUSINESS ETIQUETTE
This lesson introduces the diverse etiquette practices observed in professional settings. These practices encompass communication norms and social decorum, applicable in both physical and virtual environments

Introduce training to business and workplace etiquette.

Digital and virtual etiquette.

Introduce trainees to the universal rules of fine dining etiquette

PROJECT PRESENTATION
In this lesson, each student will engage in developing their individual project, incorporating the knowledge acquired from previous lessons. Subsequently, they will present their projects to the class.

Assist students in acquiring various presentation skill, including project presentations and pitching.

ABOUT COACH ALICE
I’m a Certified Image and Etiquette Coach, accredited by the British School of Excellence. For the past three years, I’ve had the honour of coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and ambitious women to lead with assertive femininity, personal refinement, and presence that converts.
Through both online and in-person sessions, I help individuals and corporate clients master the soft skills and executive polish needed to show up with clarity, confidence, and influence.
